About Me

Tzblogger
I am a 50-something white male, over-educated, under-employed, who has traveled the world but resided mostly in the Midwestern United States. The ancestors of one of my parents had been in the USA since before there WAS a USA, while the other's parents were European immigrants. I come from a large family, descended from large families, though I myself am a single never-been-married heterosexual. I was raised and confirmed as a member of a Protestant church, but have never been much of a church-goer, and my own internal "religion" is hard to define. Politically, I have voted for candidates from various parties, and actively campaigned for both Republicans and Democrats, being named a simultaneous member of both parties by a later Governor of my state. Publicly, depending on who you ask, I am currently best known as a musician or a dog trainer (please note that I choose my words carefully, and I am not claiming to be either a musician or a dog trainer) -- but I am not necessarily well-known to many, and many who DO know me would come up with completely different descriptions. I was once told by a person new in town that I had been described to her as "enigmatic" -- I like that.
